A real tune-up is 60–90 minutes of measurement. A fake one is a $19 'oil-and-look' that's really a sales call. Ours is real, and homeowners on maintenance plans never pay extra for the dispatch.

We charge a flat trip & diagnostic that's waived if you proceed with the repair the same visit. No surprise add-ons, no per-hour creep. You'll know the number before we open the truck.
Q / 02How fast can you actually get out here?
Average dispatch is around 2 hours in the San Antonio metro. Same-day is the default; after-hours and weekends are scheduled on request, not a separate "emergency" line that costs triple.
Q / 03Should I repair my old unit or replace it?
Depends on age, refrigerant type, repair cost vs. system value, and whether it's been installed correctly. We'll walk you through both math problems on-site, not over the phone, and not before we've looked at it.
Q / 04Do you handle property management work orders?
Yes. Volume discounts, dedicated point-of-contact, tenant-friendly scheduling, and digital invoicing. We currently service multiple management companies across San Antonio.
Q / 05What brands do you install?
We're a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, that's our specialty. We also install and service Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Bryant, Daikin, Mitsubishi (mini-split), and most major manufacturers.
Q / 06Is financing available?
Yes. We offer promotional financing, with approved credit, on qualified system replacements, plus longer-term plans. We'll also handle the paperwork on any active CPS Energy or Carrier rebates you're eligible for.
