Information you provide. Name, email, phone number, service and billing address, property details, appointment and service history, payment information, financing application details (handled by our third-party lenders), photos you send us, and any messages you send.

Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see Section 4).

Information from third parties. We may receive your contact details or a service referral from manufacturer dealer locators (for example, Carrier), review and lead platforms, and advertising networks.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you transactional and marketing text messages (appointment reminders, service updates, and offers) consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
