Two very different jobs
A new build is a blank slate: duct layout, equipment location, returns, and electrical can be designed correctly from day one. A retrofit in an older San Antonio home has to respect existing ductwork, an older electrical panel, plaster walls, and a floor plan that wasn't designed around airflow.
